Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CLAP! (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. The Service is operated by Santiago Ramos, a private individual based in Argentina (no registered legal entity). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You may join CLAP! as a listener (fan) or as an artist. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the Service.

3. Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you upload (tracks, posts, profile material). By publishing content on CLAP!, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate the Service. You confirm you hold the rights required for everything you upload — do not upload music or other material you do not have the rights to share.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or defame other users.
  • Upload infringing, illegal, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to breach, scrape at scale, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate artists or other people.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules or applicable law.

5. Payments

There is no payment processing on CLAP! at this time. The Service is free to use, and no purchases, subscriptions, or paid transactions are offered. If paid features are introduced in the future, the applicable terms will be presented to you before any payment is accepted.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under your local law.

7. Availability and Changes

We work to keep CLAP! available and improving, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see our Data Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
